The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Engineer to join our growing team in Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions
Manage and support networks, servers, and cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Ensure system security, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and systems
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT engineering or similar role
Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies
Experience with Microsoft and/or Linux environments
Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be currently resident in Jersey for at least 2 years.
Desirable Skills
Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or similar)
Experience with virtualization and modern infrastructure tools
Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
